Online Usage Detail - Customers can login to NGTelsoft to view their bill details; this reduces the sizes of bills you have to send, and gives customers access to easily view and search their billing detail.

 

SLI (Subscriber Line Information) – SLI management interfaces with your LEC to populate the white pages in the telephone directory. It provides information on who is responsible for each line and the service address.
